Because most mma fighters are gay they want to look good when fighting half naked with each other.Why do some fighters in MMA have their toe nails painted black?
i don't paint mine, but i heard that it strengthens the toe nails for kicks, and things of that sort.
Because they have feelings too...
with all the grabbing kicking and clinching toe and fingernails break easily. Fighters will coat them to strengthen them. A lot of fighters do this most of them paint them with a clear gloss. Some paint them black for some reason. It's also a trick used by classical and finger style guitar players
