How do I treat infection of the toe nails?

Warm salt water! =)How do I treat infection of the toe nails?
You can try soaking your toes in Listerine every night for about 2 weeks and see if it helps you. It did my mom.How do I treat infection of the toe nails?
clean it with hydrogen peroxide and apply polysporin oint until healed.
try soaking them in vinegar a couple times a day
There is a prescription medication called Lamisil that is especially for fungal infections of the nail.

Take care and be well! :)
Lamasil will work, but can damage your liver. Penlac is like nail polish, but you have to keep applying it, or the fungas will come back. The other thing you can do is let your nails look ugly, it probably won't hurt you.
you may need prescription medicine that you ingest if the athletes foot creams do not work, be careful, foot fungus spreads very easily to places like armpits and genitals because they are usually dark, covered and moist. Make sure your feet dry very well after taking a shower. then put the cream on. Avoid wearing shoes and socks whenever possible and wear flip flops everywhere so that you dont spread the disease by contacting the floor.
It depends on how serious it is. If it's not too severe, yes, go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist which medicine works most effectively. If more serious, go to a podiatrist and let him take care of the problem. Remember, don't ignore it ...........it can spread to your other toes and THAT CAN BE A REAL PROBLEM, BABYBEEEE!

Good Luck.
EEEEwwww go see a pediatrist.
