Certainly. One of the oldest secrets to strong bones and healthy teeth is to do just that. Of course, they should be rinsed thoroughly and chewed well.





Additionally, boogars are an excellant source of B-complex vitamins and amino acids. In many cases, Iron, as well, depending on the air quality where you live.
