its really nasty.. it started it of just being a yellow part in the inside of my nail now its undiscribable.. its really big and thick.. kind of a crusty greenyellow color..I have a really bad toe nail what do i do?
Some of your symptoms could indicate that nail fungus (an example only) is going on.
I would recommend seeing a Podiatrist (a doctor that diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of the foot and ankle such as nail fungus) for further evaluation of the situation.
