Alright so after i played basketball my toenail started to come off (the big toe) its still attached (over 1 month now) WIll i destroy my toe nail root if i keep playing basketball? I played basketball like 5 times after that.Toe nail root damaged?
Well I am not to sure but I don't think it is Basket Ball that is causing it....have you cut your toenails recently? If your toenails are to long and they are tight up against the front of your shoe it is probably irratating it when you move around while playing basketball....try triming your toenails and if that doesn't work go to a doctor and get it checked out....good luck!
